USCCB’s Translations

The Cafeteria Is Closed gives us a summary of the ammendments that the USCCB has made. I left the following comment in his combox, and I’ll let you head on over to see the text he’s got up.

I think that most of these are tinkering that is for the mere sake of tinkering. It’s not bad enough that the Holy See will reject it in most of your citings, but little things that are similar to small children who hover their hand above an object you’ve just instructed them not to touch, or when a child dances his hand around the object on the table, just barely missing the same object.

Why can’t they just obey the Holy See instead of playing silly children’s games?
